When will you be exchanging or refunding?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package


Timeframe in which Moner accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.


Who Is Responsible for Return product?

Moner will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.


When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 7-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.

WARRANTY

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

·Damage caused by accident

·Improper care

·Normal wear and tear

·Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure

·Aftermarket modifications

*Please Note: No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet the requirements you have in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Below are the conditions under which refund will be granted.

You can get a full refund if:

·If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.

·If you did not receive your product within 30 business days after the date you placed your order.Additional non-refundable items:

·Gift cards.

·Digital image.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thank you!

DAMAGED/LOW-QUALITY ITEM

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. Ideally, the pictures should be on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
